Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping charges.

You should receive your refund within four weeks (or less) of giving your package to the return shipper. This includes transit time for receipt of your return, processing of the return, and bank processing time for the refund request.

To return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will email you a refund notification.

Shipping

We can ship to addresses worldwide. Restrictions apply to some products.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. Depending on your preferred shipping provider, date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of our shipping companies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
